- Hops Harvester Fort Wayne is not responsible for damaged or lost property.
- You must stay on the Wagon when it is moving.
- The Tractor operator or Wagon Chaperone will determine if there is inappropriate and unacceptable behavior, and the passenger(s) will be required to disembark immediately, or the driver may determine to end the tour for all passengers in the party if necessary.
- Parents of minor children must take responsibility for their child while on the party wagon tour, and consent to this liability waiver for their minor children.
- Writing must be legible on waivers and ID will be verified.
- You must keep your beverage on the Wagon. You cannot carry it off when stopped.
- Unacceptable behavior – extreme intoxication, providing alcohol to non-passengers, providing alcohol to anyone under 21, littering, excessive noise but not limited to these.
Touring on the Hops Harvester Fort Wayne's wagon is potentially dangerous. It is extremely important that all rules be followed. All Indiana laws and Fort Wayne City Ordinances must be followed at all times. If a Participant is in violation of state law, federal law, or a city ordinance, they are doing so at their own risk and Hops Harvester Fort Wayne LLC assumes no liability for any civil or criminal violation or damages that may be assessed against any party as a result.
